Uncover Your Path In A Diverse World

Live Peacefully with Confidence and Authenticity

Many people feel their life holds more potential but struggle to find their path.

Sometimes our experiences have programmed us to make us feel like we’re not good enough.

But you have all you need inside to live the life you want.

Working together, I’ll help you understand how you react to the world and make better choices about how you react. Accept yourself for who you are, others for who they are, and the world for what it is. And then integrate this into your life so you can live peacefully and use your energy to do what you want.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist
Licensed by State of California / LCSW 71537

Masters in Clinical Social Work, NYU

Over the years, I've encountered a common thread: clients seeking understanding for their unique struggles, particularly those related to identity and cultural nuances.

As a person of color growing up as a South Asian, first-generation American, I experienced the challenges of cultural integration firsthand. This struggle for identity and belonging fueled my passion for helping others facing similar experiences.

My approach as a therapist is shaped by my personal journey, driving me to support those experiencing similar cycles of confusion and isolation.

I believe wholeheartedly in therapy's transformative power, accompanying you on your path to discover and harness your inner strength.
